Our Apprenticeship Schemes

At Eclipse HomeCare we see the ongoing development of our staff as a key to a meaningful career in Health & Social Care.

We run Apprenticeship Schemes  for Schools Leavers and Mature candidates. The great news with all our schemes is that:

1. You are putting into practice what you are leaning
2. You are in fully paid employment whilst studying
3. Your course fees and time spent with your tutors are all paid for by us at your normal rate of pay
4. You can study at your own speed with full support from your own dedicated College tutor, using the meeting and training rooms at Eclipse HomeCare.
5. A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a nationally recognised qualification
6. This qualification is a stepping stone for those aspiring to enter other health care careers.

We have been working closely with Heart of Worcestershire College, University of Worcester and Worcester County Council for many years to ensure the very best standards of training and currently have over 24 people just like you on our vocational Apprenticeship Schemes.

Apprenticeship Schemes for School Leavers

Eclipse HomeCare have apprenticeship schemes running in Worcester, St Johns, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Ludlow, Tenbury and Bromyard.

All you need is a heart for caring and a driving licence.

We are working at forming partnerships with Worcester Sixth Form College, Tudor Grange Academy, Christopher Whitehead School, King Charles School, Stourport High School, South Bromsgrove High School, Bewdley High School, The Chantry School and Tenbury High School.
